At Satrangi Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost as possible.
